The passenger must send via email the following information to initiate the process, and your request must reach the FF office seven days prior to travel your commitment.

• Travel itinerary and return email address.
• Phone contact number (for the record).
• Customer’s Credit Card  Number  - Must be copy and fax to 377-1812
• If an Exchange Award,  for someone else, refer to the person’s name
• Note, any changes to your travel arrangements, once an award ticket is issued, shall result in a charge of sixty dollars ($60.00) service fee.
• To redeposit your Award Points, back into your account, a thirty-five dollars ($35.00) restock fee will be levied.
• To be eligible for the Award program you must have  20,000 points for the family Island or  Florida & 25,000 points for Providenciales and Havana.

All FF Promotion Rules must be adhered to or members may be subjected to Award points deductions or suspension.

Upon checking in (various sectors) please present your FF Card to our Customer Service Agent to credit to your account.

• All  Credit points will be accepted up to 90 days following the date of your travel.
• The minimum mileage per sector is 500points regardless of the actual short length of the journey.
• Any Accounts with a zero balance over 24 consecutive months, will be deemed inactive and cancelled.
• At present, Frequent Flyer Award points cannot be bought or sold.
• Every FF member receives 500points as a bonus upon joining the program.
• All Award tickets must be paid for to include all of the applicable taxes.
• All Award ticket is issued via Electronic Ticket (E-Ticket), once it is paid for (via Credit card) you must pick up the itinerary and receipt with in a specific time period  or risk cancelation of booking and no guarantee of available confirm seat.
• All FF member statements can be viewed on line by logging on to www.bahamasair.comand clicking on the Frequent Flyer link. Once you enter your User ID Number (drop the first two zeros from the FF card number) and your assigned Password you will gain immediate access to your Account. If you don’t have a Password, click on create password and initiate your new password.
• Award Points  will only be accrued to the Account of the Frequent Flyer Member who travels.
